DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders placed within Australia for our physical products will be posted at a flat rate cost of $10 standard delivery for all card orders. Tracking will be provided for all physical product purchases.

If you need your order to be sent via express post, please get in touch via email so we can assist you.

We have moved towards a more eco-friendly approach to packaging and offer the option for your order to be sustainably posted, ie. cards to be packaged without a clear, protective cello sleeve. Unfortunately this does not apply to our A4 prints. Until a better alternative becomes available, prints will continue to be protected in a clear cello sleeve and posted in a sturdy cardboard envelope or box, to ensure your order arrives safely in your hands.

We do not take responsibility if an incorrect address is entered. Please carefully check the confirmation email after placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently working on international shipping for our physical products. Unfortunately, we do not currently post outside of Australia.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any goods at this time. However, we do understand that things move around in the shipping process. Please take a photo of your order and email us if you receive any damaged, incorrect or missing items.

We do not take responsibility for the printing of the quality of our digital products. Each printer is different and produces varied quality in print. We suggest having our downloadable, digital products printed by a professional printing company.
